    Daily Anchors

    15-minute mental reset block every day (no distractions—just stillness).

    Choose one looping thought and replace it with an established truth.

    Move 2–3x/week with gentle walks, stretching, or low-impact movement.

    Schedule one planted morning (no screen, just water + movement + prayer).

    Track water intake and choose one nourishing habit to support your physical stability.

    Daily: “I am no longer circling. I am established in righteousness. I will not fear.”

    Nourished & Settled

    You’re not emotionally fragile. You’re being made whole—and you’re safe to feel AND be established.

    Write a “Declaration of Establishment” to ground your emotions.

    Identify and name one emotional pattern that pulls you back into circles.

    Schedule 1 emotional check-in night weekly (journal, cry, pray, worship, be still).
