Meet Michal Renee, founder and CEO of Her Promise Circle. With a Bachelor's in Respiratory Care (B.S.R.C.) and a Master's Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching, Michal combines her healthcare expertise with a passion for empowering women to discover and embrace their God-given purpose.
After experiencing career burnout as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Michal founded Her Promise Circle to help women prioritize their health—physically, mentally, and spiritually. She creates transformative courses, hosts Bible studies, and offers coaching to help women thrive holistically and purposefully.
Her approach centers on balancing self-love, faith, and personal growth, creating a space where women can connect, find support, and achieve their goals. Michal’s authentic, compassionate leadership and deep understanding of women’s challenges make her a relatable and trusted guide on their wellness journey.

Book Club Facilitator
I am a proud member of the HPC Inner Circle group and Book Club Facilitator. After finishing my Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies, I moved back to the Pittsburgh area and found the transition from school to starting a new job as a PA overwhelming. I found Her Promise Circle through the CEO and Founder Michal who I went to high school with.
Through HPC I found a group of genuine, like-minded women developing a deeper relationship with faith and God. Even though we are all at different stages of our journey, everyone has been so supportive and loving. There have been so many new friendships developed through this group. Joining HPC has helped me to truly understand the impact of how a deeper relationship with God would change my life.
Growing up, I have always had a love for reading. Books have provided me the opportunity to escape into new worlds, connect with characters, learn new things and reduce stress. I am excited to go through the journey of discovering new books and how they impact each of our lives.

Meet Tab, a faith-based life coach at HPC. She’s passionate about connecting with wonderfully made, like-minded women and deepening her relationship with God. Tab loves being part of a supportive community where women encourage one another in their faith journeys and celebrate the unique paths God has for each of them.
In her leadership role at HPC, Tab engages with the community through coaching, mentoring, and service. She thrives in walking alongside women, helping them discover their God-given potential, and inspiring them to live out their faith boldly. What makes this experience even more meaningful is the exchange of growth—Tab finds just as much value in her interactions with the women as they do from her. She’s truly grateful for the opportunity to lead and grow with such a dynamic, faith-filled community!
