Who We Serve
Her Promise Circle Foundation serves adult women (18+) who are not in immediate crisis but need ongoing, accessible support for their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
We support women who are functioning but struggling—women who may appear stable yet lack the tools, access, accountability, or community needed to sustain their health and well-being.
Referrals
Her Promise Circle is an appropriate referral for women who are experiencing one or more of the following:
-
Emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, or burnout
Anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, or persistent mental fatigue
Isolation or lack of consistent, supportive community
Difficulty maintaining healthy routines related to wellness, movement, or self-care
Limited access to affordable wellness education, health guidance, or trusted professionals
Desire for faith-informed support without pressure, judgment, or clinical intervention
A need for structure, encouragement, and accountability to improve overall well-being
Women may be navigating life transitions, prolonged stress, grief, identity shifts, or seasons of rebuilding—but do not require emergency, residential, or clinical services.

To participate in Her Promise Circle programs, women must:
Be 18 years of age or older

Scope of Support
Her Promise Circle provides ongoing, holistic, non-clinical support through the following services:
Professional-Led Wellness Workshops
Volunteer professionals and specialists lead live workshops on topics such as emotional wellness, mental health education, physical health, relationships, and life skills. These sessions include live Q&A, giving women access to expertise they may not otherwise know, afford, or have access to.
Monthly Health & Wellness Sessions
Led by a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), these sessions focus on emotional regulation, stress management, health accountability, reflection, and realistic goal-setting.
Faith & Spiritual Support
For women who desire it, Her Promise Circle offers Bible study, group prayer calls, and one-to-one prayer support. Spiritual services are offered as support, not as a requirement for participation.
Physical Wellness Support
Virtual fitness classes are offered through our partnership with Key2Results, including free consultations and personalized plans to support sustainable movement and physical health.
What Her Promise Circle Does Not Provide
For clarity and safety, Her Promise Circle does not provide:
Clinical therapy or counseling
Medical or psychiatric treatment
Crisis intervention or emergency services
Residential or housing programs
Women experiencing immediate danger, active abuse, suicidal ideation, or acute mental health crises should be referred to appropriate emergency or clinical resources.
